Our focus on providing Total Solutions and minimizing our client’s risk is accomplished with our four step managed approach. Each step has clearly defined objectives and deliverables.

STEP 1 – Assess

This is the discovery and definition phase. Our team works closely with your team to identify and articulate your business drivers and critical success factors. We bring a 3rd party perspective to your current situation and are able to help you better understand project risks, as well as technology and business process “gaps”. We convert this information into a clear, concise Project Definition Document (PDD) that states high level objectives and milestones of the project. Sign off on this phase will ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of the purpose and direction of the project.

STEP 2– Architect

This is the design phase. Our creative and technology experts will translate your objectives as defined in the PDD into a detailed work plan. The gaps identified in STEP 1 are directly addressed with “best practice” technology solutions. The deliverables in this phase may include design templates, database entity models, application prototypes, Technical Requirements Document (TRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD). Sign off on this phase will mark a well defined work plan with key elements of architecture, content sources and limitations all identified.

STEP 3– Execute

This is the develop and delivery phase. Our team will build your application per the specifications defined in STEP 2. In addition to application development, test scripts and procedures are developed and executed in this phase. Turnover of modules are accompanied by a detailed Test & Acceptance Procedure to assure that you receive a quality solution that does what the spec says it will do!
