@industry mergers Network Services Group with Advanced Server Management to form ASMGi

In a move to strengthen its Total Solutions Model (TSM), @industry merges its Network Services Group with Advanced Server Management to form Advanced Server Management Group, Inc. (ASMGi). The merger, resulting from over a year of planning, has created a unique new enterprise enabler.

ASMGi, under the corporate leadership of Mr. Roesing, will adopt @industry’s structured TSM as a framework for delivering solutions with consistent, predictable results. ASMGi President and COO, Steve Faykus, who helped build the infrastructures for some of Cleveland’s first ISP’s, will direct operations and oversee ASMGi’s solution architectures.
