ISA New Jersey Section virtual trade show
Challenge
Solution
ISA New Jersey Section experienced a drastic decrease in attendance at its annual Table Top Exhibit. They needed an innovative approach to continue the tradition of their annual show. Virtually@theShow™ Managed Application provided a feature-rich virtual trade show experience that was easy to setup and operate
ISA NJ needed to communicate the features / benefits of the virtual trade show to its members and other prospective exhibitors @industry provided documentation to be distributed by ISA NJ that communicated the benefits of moving their show to a virtual platform and attended a special meeting to answer questions and review site features
ISA NJ traditionally processed all trade show registrations and payments manually The secure online registration and payment processing features made it easy to get exhibitors signed up and track their payments.
ISA NJ needed to assure their members and other prospective attendees that they would only find pertinent information within the show The secure Admin Maintenance Console allows the show host to approve or reject registrations before they are visible in the show area.
ISA NJ did not have the resources to assist exhibitors with their registrations and formatting of information for their virtual booths The secure Exhibitor Maintenance Console gives the "approved" exhibitor 24x7 access to all company, contact and product information that displays in their virutal booths. With all functions performed through an easy to use browser interface, uploading and maintaining this information is as simple as entering text on the screen and selecting images from your local PC for upload!
ISA NJ wanted to offer prospective attendees an incentive to participate in their virtual trade show ISA bought the prizes, and Virtually@theShow™ did the rest with its attendee registration features!
